Returns Policy
Returns can be requested within 5 days of delivery by logging into My Account.
If you checked out as a guest, please create an account using the same email or phone number used at checkout to initiate a return.
Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, barcodes, freebies, and invoice. Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Outgrownz will not be responsible for incorrect or damaged items returned via courier.
Returns Not Accepted For
Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to use or misuse, missing original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or freebies, has tampered serial numbers, is defective due to customer handling, has been used, washed, altered, or perfumed, is requested after 5 days from delivery, or is a free product received as part of a promotion.
Partial Returns
Customers may return individual items from an order. All related components and complimentary items must be returned together. The pickup address must match the delivery address unless the product was sent as a gift.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may raise a return request through the platform. Pickup will be scheduled within 2 to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Refunds will be processed only after the returned products pass a quality check at our warehouse.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size changes and are subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. One free size exchange is allowed per order. Any additional exchanges may incur extra charges.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by logging into My Account.
Only full order cancellations are allowed. Partial item cancellations are not permitted. Once a cancellation request is placed, it cannot be reversed.
If an order has already been shipped, refunds will be processed only after the products are returned and verified at our warehouse.
Orders placed using coupons, cart offers, or promotional discounts may result in cancellation of the entire order. The value of any offers or discounts will not be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds for returned or cancelled orders will be processed after the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 to 12 business days after verification. Banks may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to reflect the amount.
Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers used during purchase are not refundable and become invalid once a return or cancellation is processed.
