Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your order will be processed for dispatch. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 to 7 working days from the date of shipment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at support@outgrownz.com.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all eligible orders and during select promotional periods.

For returns, a handling charge of ₹50 to ₹100 may be deducted from the refund, or the customer may choose to ship the product back at their own expense.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier partner issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
